No, it’s not boring being in Gothenburg. Not at all. Since Tuesday we have six more family members living with us: The Meisels have really arrived. We try helping them to settle in. (Rule No 1 in Sweden: Get your personal number ASAP at “skatteverket”! Without personal number you won’t get anything here, no phone, no mobile; you don’t really exist.) Our tour leads us regularly to IKEA or so, we pick up furniture which have been organized privately a few weeks earlier and build them up. We feel like Sherlock Holmes when we have to set up used furniture without having any instructions. Since Meisels have no car yet we drive for them. The kids enjoy themselves most of the time, getting like best friends. Yesterday Klaus came along. Altogether we could celebrate a CA-Gothenburg-Team-Welcome-Worship-Service*. That was fun. Weather: between very rainy and very sunny. Mood: Excellent.
* sorry, but being a German I like putting words together! And BY THE WAY: Swedes do that too!
