For some months I use to attend “Afterwork”, a big happy hour every Friday night. Lots of folks are coming together each weekend. It’s not easy in Sweden to make contacts by that. And yet, as time went by their were numerous really good conversations coming up. I met plenty of new people and can nurture some relationships just by attending “Afterwork”. One person, which I met for the fist time at one evening, wondered about 'the business of a pastor in a pub'. My answer ‘Jesus is a big model for me and I want to live as He did, so I want to be where city life is going on’ surprised him – now we’re in regular email contact. Another person asked me to meet with him for a beer; he wants to talk about the Bible. Why am I telling that? To ask you for your prayers. Just beer is not enough – even if it might help sometimes to open up. Apart from the work of the Holy Spirit can’t we do anything. Please water all of those tiny spiritual shots with your prayers!

I always pray for you and the children. The kids'posts were amazing. I am very happy to know that there are families doing missionary work, working for God's kingdom on earth.
I am sure your work will produce fruits in spiritually-asleep people.
God bless you.
Cheers,
Andrea
